"Update 3/27/25: I wanted to share my experience with the Ting Monitoring device provided by State Farm—and the best part is, it’s completely free! Just talk to your State Farm rep to get started. A few weeks ago, I got an alert from the device about a loose neutral connection. Ting’s customer service immediately reached out and helped me every step of the way. Today, an electrician came to inspect the issue and eventually needed Demco to come out, and they were able to fully resolve it. Without this device, we would have had no idea there was a serious fire hazard in our home. I’m so thankful we had Ting in place—it could’ve prevented something truly dangerous. Ting’s customer service is amazing, and I’m so glad we opted in. I highly recommend all State Farm customers take advantage of this free and potentially life-saving device!
