"Very Good . I didn’t have to repeat myself . I just told her I needed to cancel my policy as of today. And she told me the rest of what she will do for me to get it done. Nothing that I needed to do once I identify myself. She knew exactly what was expected of her to get this auto policy resolve. Please do it replace her from your staff. She is very knowledgeable of her duties. And I can tell she’s very intelligent and up to speed how to handle what needed to be done. Most people you encounter these days doing what she’s doing are considered air-heads . Incompetent. But she was very knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done. I felt comfortable that she will make this transition worry free for me. Don’t let Kelley leave State Farm. She’s a total asset to the Company. Haven’t seen type of knowledge coming from a young person for a while now. Thanks Kelley for your expertise on your job. Made my life easier. You’re @ 💯 in rating ! Trust me when I say see Good people i acknowledge because in today’s world they are few. I can attest to that!
