"Update 3/27/25: I wanted to share my experience with the Ting Monitoring device provided by State Farm—and the best part is, it’s completely free! Just talk to your State Farm rep to get started. A few weeks ago, I got an alert from the device about a loose neutral connection. Ting’s customer service immediately reached out and helped me every step of the way. Today, an electrician came to inspect the issue and eventually needed Demco to come out, and they were able to fully resolve it. Without this device, we would have had no idea there was a serious fire hazard in our home. I’m so thankful we had Ting in place—it could’ve prevented something truly dangerous. Ting’s customer service is amazing, and I’m so glad we opted in. I highly recommend all State Farm customers take advantage of this free and potentially life-saving device! Original review: I recently switched to State Farm Cecil Graves and couldn't be happier with the decision. John Fabre, the representative who assisted me, was not only friendly but also highly professional. He ensured that I fully understood the quoted coverages, making the transition smooth. "Taylor was awesome from the moment I connected with her on the phone. She took care of the issue I was having and apologized to me for any inconvenience I may of had. Nothing was her fault but she insisted on calling the tow company to take care of the matter for me which was a blessing because I had my 5 year old autistic grandson whom probably would not have allowed me to take care of the issue right away. So thank you very much I appreciate all you did"

"My experience at State Farm was amazing. I never conducted business with an insurance agency where I was treated with such kindness , compassion and respect. Kelly really help me out and had no problem helping me with the same issue again ( I forgot how she showed me to active my safe driving devise). She gladly responded to me and we got it done. Their office presents such a welcoming environment. Everyone acknowledged me and treated me as if I was special or I was some rich client. I love the way they explained all my insurance details to me and tried to make certain I understood everything."

"If you're looking to work with anyone in particular, please go to Saz. She is the most amazing sales consultant in the game. It was a pleasure working with her. She was able to save me a bunch of money by bundling my auto and home. Lol, reminds you of that Mahomes commercial, right? It's the real deal though.
